Class Descriptions

Bands and Balance: A full body workout using resistance bands to strengthen and sculpt with additional exercises designed to improve balance and coordination. Great for all levels! 

Barre Fitness: Train like a dancer! Improve posture, balance, coordination, strength and flexibility as you tighten and sculpt your entire body with moves from ballet, Pilates and yoga! Great for all levels. Two barre heights. *Specialty class

Beachfront Yoga: Start your day off with an invigorating, full body Yoga Flow and Stretch on our Sunrise Deck. Class held in Spa Yoga Studio in inclement weather. 

Body Pump: Get an entire body workout. Class will inckude low impact aerobic warm up, resistence training with hand weights, bands, straps and other fitness props. Finish with a 10 minute stretch session on mat. This class is fun and quick! All levels welcome. 

Gentle Yoga: Relax, stretch and breathe with this mix of Deep Stretches and Gentle Flow. 

Pilates Fusion: This FUN Pilates based workout will give you a FULL BODY workout and STRETCH to improve strength, posture, balance and flexibility to leave you sculpted and strong! 

Pilates Yoga Flow: Get your strength, stretch and cardio workout with this fun and challenging blend of Pilates and Flow Yoga designed to get you lean, long, strong and flexible!

Vinyasa Yoga Flow: Start your day with flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. Cultivate strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Tips on alignment and breathing will help improve your practice, This class is for all levels but moves at a slightly faster face. Held on the Sunrise Deck. Class held in Spa Yoga Studio in inclement weather. 

Yoga-lates: Yoga and Pilates moves combined to increase strength, balance and flexibility! Great for all levels. PERFECT introduction for beginners. 

All classes are 50 minutes. 

Ultimate Kids Dance Yoga Party

Build a passion for fitness early with 90 minutes of pure fun, party props and a spa goodie bag! Fridays from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (ages 5-12).

Shake Your Groove Thing (45 min.): Do you have a little dancing machine? Let our dance instructor help promote their passion for dance while teaching them moves that focus on strength, coordination and just pure fun.

Kids Zen Yoga (45 min.): Our fitness trainer will teach your little "yogis" to appreciate the power and stretching, breathing and flexibility.

Kids fitness program is $35 per child and $30 for additional child or HILTON GUEST (non-Hilton guest are $40 and $35 for each additional child). There must be a minimum of 3 children registered for the program to occur and a maximum of 8. A signed release is require per child. To cancel, you must provide notice at least 2 hours prior to the start of class. A $35 cancellation fee will apply. Information for participants

  • All Guests must sign up for Fitness Classes 24 hours in advance.
  • All Cancellations within a 4-hour period and “No Shows” will be charged in full.
  • A Guest must be 16 years of age or older to attend Fitness classes. Identification is required and a guardian will need to sign a waiver.
  • Fitness classes do not include the use of the spa lounge.
  • Hotel Guests and Non-Spa Members pay $15.00 fee for regular classes and $20.00 for Specialty Classes or 12 sessions for $150/20 sessions for $200.

Spa Members Complimentary Classes are Monday through Friday and include: Beach Front Yoga, Pilates Fusion, Yoga-lates, Bands and Balance, Pilates Yoga Flow, Gentle Yoga, Body Pump and Vinyasa Flow. 

Spa Members pay $10.00 for Specialty and Saturday Classes. Onyx members receive UNLIMITED complimentary Saturday and Specialty Classes per month (excludes Group Personal Training classes).
