A Guide to Our Sandestin Fitness Classes
At Serenity by the sea Spa, we offer more than just body treatments and salon services. Our Sandestin fitness center also offers fitness classes with world-class instructors. Our classes range from cardio-centric, to balance and strength training exercises and beyond. Fitness classes are open to spa members, visitors who purchase a class pass (prices vary), drop-ins and hotel guests ($15 per class).
Best of all, we’re always introducing new classes. Whether you’re a local who’d like to vary your workout routine, or a guest at Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa looking for a way to stay in shape during your travels, we have something for everyone.

VINYASA YOGA FLOW
Our Vinyasa Yoga Flow classes are held on the Sunrise Deck in the warmer months, and move to our indoor Spa Yoga Studio during the winter, or times of inclement weather. Typically held first thing in the morning, this class using flowing poses and an emphasis on breath to cultivate strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. This yoga class is perfect for all levels of yogis, but moves at a slightly faster pace than other yoga classes.
If you’re looking for something a bit slower, try Gentle Yoga. This yoga class focuses on deep stretches meant to relax and restore your body.
Our popular Pilates Mat class uses low impact, non-weight bearing exercises to build your core and lengthen and strengthen your muscles. During this class our instructors encourage you to focus on breathing, alignment and awareness.
Can’t decide on just one type of class? Fusion Fitness combines cardio, strength training, Pilates and yoga class movements into one dynamic workout. This full body workout will leave you feeling refreshed, energized and ready to take on the day!
This total body workout is designed to tone your body, improve strength and increase balance. Your instructor will guide you through a variety of bodyweight exercises using resistance bands and Pilates rings to maximize efficiency.
